This peer-nominated award is given to 9i果冻制作厂faculty members聽after聽three years聽of teaching聽who exemplify excellence in five principles of teaching: knowledge, design, praxis, relationship, and assessment.

As a聽professor, Knoblauch describes her role as a motivator, someone to聽guide her聽students to become involved in constructing their own learning.聽She聽does聽this by being enthusiastic, by challenging them with high standards, and by mixing humor, fun, and novelty into聽her聽classes.

鈥淚 strive to develop a strong, caring teacher-student relationship with聽all of my students, and I聽always try to聽bring a聽positive, high-energy approach to instruction,鈥� she said.

Her students聽feel grateful to have such a strong mentor and supporter in their burgeoning careers.聽They have commented on how a student becomes more informed and educated about the world of teaching聽and聽the influences that impact their instructional techniques. The variety聽of ways she conveys education theories and styles聽prepares the next generation of educators to be ready for any obstacle.
