has almost 20 years of experience developing and implementing D&I strategies. 聽As CEO, she drives strategy to support the business case for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and create a foundation of sustainable practices. She is passionate about creating cultural understanding, awareness, and sensitivity in order to help individuals be advocates for themselves and others. 聽Dr. Knight is held in high regard for creating open spaces of inclusion through meaningful dialogue by ensuring all voices are heard, respected, and valued. While this type of work is not considered easy, she comes highly recommended by her clients in the work she has done with and for their communities.

Recognized nationally and internationally for her work, Rhonda was named聽2018 Women Worth Watching @Profiles in Diversity Journal. 聽聽She is an invited guest speaker and requested聽聽in D&I strategy and leading practices.

Rhonda is committed to supporting women and girls, and volunteers with: , , , , , and . She is a founding member of the , an Ohio independent political action committee, board member for: 聽(Ruling Our Experiences), the national leader on research, education and programming for girls; , committed to serving children under the age of 6 with developmental delays; and , supporting women small business owners throughout Central Ohio.

She is a two time graduate from with a doctoral degree in Social Studies and Global Education with a focus in Cultural Competency and Technology. She earned her bachelor’s degree from 9i果冻制作厂, where she continues to find ways to support the campus community.
