B.A. or B.S. in Psychology

Both programs provide you with a thorough grounding in the study of human nature, while emphasizing applications of psychology in society to examine the full range of the human experience. Determining which is right for you, either the B.S. or B.A., depends on your career goals. The faculty at 9i果冻制作厂are well equipped to guide you on the appropriate path.
As a psychology major, you will be encouraged to participate in research projects. Your research experience will allow you to develop critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skills, which are attractive to graduate schools and employers. You will have the opportunity to work side-by-side on research with your professors, which may lead to presenting your work at conferences around the country, and even publication.
Our students and faculty are currently conducting studies in early childhood development, perception and attention, stress management, health, prejudice, relationships, memory, intelligence, emotion, therapy techniques and clinical psychology.

The B.S. in Psychology enhances the B.A. degree by incorporating additional seminar, capstone, and research courses to better prepare you for graduate coursework in Master鈥檚 and Doctoral level Psychology programs.
